Responsibilities

  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders and external clients to drive the annual budgeting, quarterly PO budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational plans

  • Deliver high-quality, timely, and insight-driven financial reporting, including management reports and customer-facing deliverables, translating financial data into meaningful business narratives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customers, and finance teams (local and global) to ensure alignment on financial targets, reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance financial planning, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Qualifications Summary

Requirements

  • This position requires minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and leveraging automation tools to enhance finance processes.
  • Experience in the MNC and logistics industry is an advantage
  • Education :
  • Min Diploma in Accounting or finance
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high level accuracy in financial data preparation and entry.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and financial software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet/analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
