About the Position: Serves as a Traffic Management Specialist in the ARTRANS G3 Terminal Operations Division with responsibility for the development, implementation, and evaluation of cargo movement via sealift around the world. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes 1) coordinating transportation services with partner agencies to meet mission requirements; 2) resolving transportation issues to ensure cargo is delivered on schedule; and 3) processing cargo manifests within defense or global transportation networks to accurately track shipments. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
