  • Proven experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum or SAFe ).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with Unit Testing, Integration and any automation tools
  • Deployment strategy and version control .
  • Familiarity with healthcare domain standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Required Experience & Education :
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant AS400 experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in related technical or business discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
