Role Description Responsibilities include: Serve as the primary point of contact for desktop and end-user technical support in the New York office Troubleshoot Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices Image, deploy, configure, and maintain laptops and workstations Provision and deprovision user accounts, laptops, and equipment for new hires and departures Create and administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user accounts Manage/administer enterprise AI (artificial intelligence) tools and platforms Manage NTFS file permissions, security groups, and shared resources Support conference room technology, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and AV equipment Assist with local office networking, hardware installations, and cabling Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and technical documentation Coordinate with vendors and senior IT staff to resolve infrastructure issues Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution Deliver responsive, professional, white-glove technical support to employees at all levels of the organization
