Additional Information
At Stoke, we believe a thriving space economy will enable a vibrant, sustainable, and equitable future here on Earth. That is why we're building Nova, our fully and rapidly reusable launch vehicle. Designed for daily flight, Nova tackles the core challenges of space transportation by reducing cost, increasing availability, and improving reliability. By radically lowering launch costs and increasing flight cadence, we're helping create a truly scalable space industry. Our team is mission-driven, collaborative, and empowered to take ownership of their work. If you want to work alongside some of the most dedicated and talented people on Earth, we'd love to have you join us. As the Test Technician Manager, you'll lead the team that supports all hands-on build and test tasks at the Moses Lake Test Site (MLTS). This is a player-coach role: you'll perform both management and individual contributor work. Partnering with Test Engineers, you'll build safe and efficient test stands, install and maintain engine hardware to a high standard of quality, and run test operations across multiple stands. You'll own the performance and professional development of the MLTS technician team, and you'll help shape the company processes that affect them. Success in this role requires strong organization, focus, and communication-you'll need to quickly digest information and delegate clear actions and expectations.
