About the role
You'll be embedded in our Technology function working alongside our CTO with a dedicated portion of your time working with our incoming CPO giving you genuine visibility across both Tech and People at the most senior level.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Thrives on multitasking: you can deftly spin multiple plates to give the Executive's space to focus on big-picture stuff and keep the business humming.
- Unapologetically curious: you will always want to build a deeper understanding of what makes our business tick
- Several years' experience as an Executive Assistant. Ideally in the high growth scale up tech space, reporting directly to C-level, understanding of Technology and People is a bonus
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office software tools (e.g. Google Suite) and familiarity with productivity and scheduling software.
- Strong use of AI and the willingness to learn about such tools and products is a must.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills including quick response times
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and emails on behalf of the Executives.
- You stay composed when the pressure is on and carry yourself with professionalism and integrity.
- You communicate with clarity and precision
- You're comfortable in the room with senior leaders and know how to manage relationships at the highest levels
