PatientEngagement & Follow-Up - Conductthorough patient assessments at each visit; record findings and progress in theclinic's electronic medical record system. - Providepatients with clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment plans and expectedoutcomes, addressing questions and concerns. - Scheduleand perform follow-up calls or appointments to monitor recovery, adjusttherapies and ensure adherence to home-care instructions. 3. ClinicOperations & Hygiene - Maintainstrict hygiene and sterilisation standards for treatment rooms, equipment andconsumables, in line with NEA and MOH guidelines. - Ensuretreatment areas are clean, well-stocked and organised at all times; flaginventory shortages of herbs or disposables to the supervisor. - Assistwith daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks, wastedisposal and safety inspections. 4. PatientEducation & Promotion - Educatepatients on self-care techniques, lifestyle modifications and clinic services(e.g. wellness packages, product lines). - Contributeto in-clinic workshops or community outreach events to raise awareness of TCMmodalities. 5. QualityAssurance & Professional Development - Monitorand evaluate post-treatment outcomes; report any adverse events or patientfeedback promptly. - Participatein regular case reviews, team meetings and mandatory continuing-educationworkshops to maintain your TCM practitioner licence ( if any ). 6.
