Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND. GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Providing expert technical and analytical advice to senior leadership; Analyzing, developing, and recommending strategy for funds; Developing annual program goals and objectives as well as developing the annual budget. GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Responding directly to Joint Staff Components and other directorates on all inquiries; Performing overall financial management coordinating authority for planning and programing; Refining policies and procedures to improve execution while addressing complex program issues for use by others.
