Job Title : General Manager Reporting To: Director, CAM Global Ops Development Work Schedule: Onsite - Singapore, SG The General Manager, Site Director of the MASA joint venture is responsible for leading the Singapore manufacturing facility in partnership with Singapore Engineering Company (SIAEC). As site head, the GM is accountable for daily operations, short‑term tactical execution and alignment with global strategy. Responsibilities include site-level financial performance (P&L), operational delivery, product quality, lean productivity, talent management (including succession planning and leadership development), regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management to ensure compliant, profitable and sustainable site performance. Core responsibilities Develop, recommend and implement overall strategy; plan and direct the ongoing operation of the MASA joint venture to achieve target financial objectives and support organizational growth within the Moog Culture and Values. Collaborate with SIAEC on daily operations and support meetings with Moog and SIAEC companies including but not limited to Board of Director meetings. Own and drive site-level P&L performance (revenue, operating profit, EBITDA, margins) by preparing, reviewing, and presenting monthly and quarterly P&L and variance analyses; set and manage operating and capital budgets (prioritizing capex and ensuring ROI); control operating expenses and labor costs through cost-reduction and productivity initiatives while maintaining quality and on-time delivery. Actively drive lean production and continuous improvement to enable customer volumes, anticipate human and capital resource needs, and deliver value-stream improvements aligned with Moog quality, delivery, and cost-control strategies. Oversee and direct capacity planning; develop forecasts, production goals, financial targets, overall budget and capital spending plans. Provide leadership and build relationships to create quality‑minded attitudes and company commitment (people leadership / employee relations). Balance long‑term strategic perspective with tactical goal- and plan‑setting that support strategy, profitability, and competitive advantage. Own site talent strategy: attract, retain and develop leadership and critical technical skills; conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning with documented successors and development plans; build leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, performance management and targeted development (e.g., stretch assignments, cross-functional rotations); and hold functional leaders accountable for people plans, competency matrices, training and retention metrics. Maintain and review key governance and compliance practices, take appropriate action by providing adequate governance to the facility in terms of Ethics, EHS, Business Culture. Act as accountable manager for regulatory compliance. Build and maintain a network of internal and external relationships across functions, suppliers, partners and customers. Key deliverables / success metrics Achievement of target financial objectives: revenue, operating profit, EBITDA or margin targets as defined in the budget. On‑time, in‑full customer delivery performance (OTIF / delivery adherence) meeting Moog commitments. Product quality metrics: scrap/rework rates, customer returns and corrective action closure rates. Lean / productivity improvements: cycle time reductions, throughput increases, labor productivity, and cost per unit reductions. Production and capacity metrics: attainment of forecasted production volumes, capacity utilization, schedule adherence and forecast accuracy. Budget and capital spend control: actual vs. budget for operating expenses and capital projects; timely and within‑budget completion of approved capital items. Employee engagement and retention: employee satisfaction/engagement scores, voluntary turnover rate, and demonstrated development of a positive organizational identity. External stakeholder engagement: maintained / documented relationships with community, government, and financial organizations; favorable local reputation or regulatory outcomes where applicable.
