Team Overview: The Sales Operations team is seeking a proactive, analytical, and resourceful Advisor to support business development professionals across EDC's regional offices. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, this role is part of a national team of Associates, Senior Associates, and Advisors focused on enabling sales execution through effective processes, tools, data, and operational support. The Advisor acts as a strategic partner to frontline teams by translating business priorities into operational plans, scalable solutions, and measurable outcomes. What you will be doing: Provide high-quality operational support to frontline teams, ensuring timely completion of sales activities and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) Manage and prioritize work across shared intake channels (e.g., ServiceNow) in support of national work-sharing objectives Execute transaction-related processes, including onboarding, due diligence, and CRM data updates Champion data governance best practices to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and usability of sales data across the organization Maintain CRM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making Lead or support the implementation and continuous improvement of sales initiatives, tools, processes, and operating models Identify process gaps and develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness Lead or contribute to strategic projects aligned with organizational priorities Support territory design, and coverage models to optimize sales effectiveness Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, anticipate needs, and coordinate timely follow-up in support of business objectives Design and deliver Sales Operations training, onboarding resources, and job aids to enable consistent adoption of tools, processes, and best practices Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Senior Associates to support skill development and knowledge sharing Promote a collaborative team environment and a culture of continuous improvement What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field Bilingualism in both official languages (French and English).
