Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist t o join its client's dedicated team within a Special School setting in Kingston & Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people with diverse needs, supporting their independence, participation, and wellbeing.
What will your responsibilities be?
Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to create tailored therapy plans.
Recommend and prescribe specialist equipment and adaptations to support functional independence in the school environment.
Contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and provide clear, evidence‑based reports.
Support staff training and development to embed therapeutic strategies into daily routines.
Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure outcomes remain child‑centred and effective.
