As the Senior UX Designer, Residential at Spectrum, you will drive user experience vision and execution across our telecom e-commerce ecosystem, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to deliver intuitive, conversion-focused solutions. Your expertise shapes AI-enabled workflows that accelerate innovation and empower customers to discover and purchase with ease-making a measurable impact across our product landscape. How You'll Make an Impact Lead the UX/UI vision and strategy for Spectrum's digital sales channels spanning internet, wireless, and TV/entertainment offerings Develop experience design strategies that boost customer acquisition, streamline purchase journeys, and support engagement across multiple touchpoints Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout discovery, design, delivery, and optimization phases Operate within AI-enabled workflows to enhance prototyping, clarify requirements, and expedite concept exploration for efficient software development Align product intent, design execution, and engineering outcomes for cohesive and effective delivery Facilitate rapid testing, learning, and refinement to continually improve user experiences Advocate for scalable design systems, reusable patterns, and robust documentation to ensure consistency and speed Utilize research, analytics, experimentation, and user feedback to inform prioritization and refine product decisions Working Conditions Office environment Some travel required What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field Advanced degree in a design-related discipline is a plus, or equivalent practical experience in UX/UI design
