Engineering Manager - Creator Business

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a technical leader who can support a talented team of engineers and work with product managers and data science on end-to-end requirements to develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and reliable platform for our creators to thrive.
• You Have:
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead Manager, with a proven ability to mentor, coach, and grow high-performing teams.
• 8+ years of experience architecting and building distributed full-stack systems, including backend APIs and user-facing frontend applications.
• A commitment to people leadership , with demonstrated outcomes in facilitating team success and fostering a culture of technical rigor.
• A proven track record of technical delivery in high-scale environments while navigating complex constraints and high-availability requirements.
• Strategic communication skills , with experience translating complex technical trade-offs for non-engineering stakeholders.

• Annual Salary Range
• $295,250 - $345,040 USD
• Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
