Job Description & Requirements Donor Engagement & Fundraising - Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, both internally and in cooperation with external stakeholders such as organisations and foundations. - Manage external fundraising events, corporate CSR initiatives, and third-party fundraising activities. - Supervise online fundraising operations including campaign development anddonor engagement. - Design and implement donor engagement strategies to cultivate lasting relationships with corporate and individual donors. - Prepare and submit grant applications as required. - Support the maintenance of grantor relationships and provide timely updates. Marcom - Develop visual materials-including graphics, infographics, and other assets-for campaigns, presentations, and community events. - Curate impactful human-interest stories to showcase the outcomes and influence of CWW's programs. StakeholderManagement - Liaise effectively with corporate and individual donors, maintaining strong partnerships through consistent engagement. - Address program-related inquiries from individuals and corporate partners, providing comprehensive information and facilitating involvement. - Maintain and update internal databases pertaining to donor records. GeneralAdministration & Query Management - Respond promptly and professionally to general inquiries. - Ensure adherence to data protection standards and fundraising regulations. - Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO) or Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
