Why does this job exist and why is it critical? Execute customer lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding, engagement, and retention programs to enhance Customer Lifetime Value Plan, schedule & execute upsell, cross-sell, and migration campaigns to drive ARPU/ARPA growth Monitor campaign performance and lead process & system optimizations to improve conversion and revenue outcomes Analyze customer data and campaign results to generate actionable insights Prepare timely reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance trends Optimize rules and segments to deliver targeted & personalized campaigns to achieve optimal conversions Support testing (A/B, control groups) to improve campaign effectiveness Adapt CVM tools and campaign management platforms to execute and track campaigns Support enhancements and troubleshooting efforts in collaboration with IT and analytics teams Work closely with Marketing, Product, IT, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery Coordinate dependencies to ensure smooth & timely execution of initiatives Support presentations and updates for internal reviews What's next?
