MSS Security is seeking reliable and motivated Security Control Room Operators to support the safety and security at Museums Victoria. We have roles available on a permanent night shift basis, as well as on a 24/7 rotating roster. Control Room duties including CCTV monitoring, incident investigations, report writing, responding to phone calls and emails, programming access cards, and electronically locking/unlocking doors and lifts Patrol responsibilities including physical lock and unlock procedures, internal and external infrastructure checks, and responding to first aid incidents Customer service duties involving front-of-house support, meet and greet interactions, and assisting visitors and staff as required Skills & Requirements: Full Australian Working Rights Current Victorian Security Licence with a control room endorsement Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations Current Valid First Aid Certificate Current Drivers Licence Employee Working With Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
