Sr. Product Engineering

Responsibilities

• Mass Production wafers CP and package FT low yield analysis and make suitable disposition suggestions. ( Wafer and FT disposition for hold lots )
• Product Failure Analysis , such as EFA or further PFA on a timely basis for rescue yield. ( Low yield analysis )
• Mass Production lot and RMA lot , CP/FT data crunch and distribution analysis based on manager's assignment. ( RMA containment data analysis )
• Mass Production product ESD/Latch Up characterization by product marketing request. ( ESD/Latchup and EOS analysis)
• Work with Test Engineer to execute cost reduction , such as mass production test time reduction/flow reduction for cost saving. ( Cost reduction project )
• Support Quality group to execute product reliability monitor . ( Mass product quality control program).
• Interface with QA team and conduct preliminary failure analysis of RMA device.
• Yield and issue anlaysis: After mass productoin analyze low yield defects,or customer complanits(RMA),identify roots causes, and propose improvement solutions.
• P.S: (Location can be in either Hsinchu County or Zhuan Township, Miaoli County)
• What you will bring along:
• Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in test and product engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of test methodologies, ATE platforms, and data analysis tools.
• Good understanding of CMOS and MEMS based sensors production flows.
• Understanding SOP cencept and test program production release and document control system.
• Good understanding of EMC and ESD effects and requirements Know-how in CMOS mixed-mode technologies
• Self-motivated, individual contributor with strong problem-solving skills, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience of working in wide-ranging roles and flexible environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. And the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience with optical sensor testing is preferred.
• Knowedge of AEC-Q100 automotive industry qulaification and consumer devices qualification process.

The successful candidate will work with an experienced operation team to ensure on time product fulfillment and be exposed to the entire product manufacturing from wafer order to finished good.
