Job ID: 20273 Location: Jurong East (Company transport provided) Working hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm Salary: up to $3,500 (Depending on experiences) Job Description The staff will be part of the Global Netting section of Finance reporting to the Finance Manager & will be responsible for the Inter-Co Group AR & AP oversea Global Netting for all divisions (Centralized function). 1. Inter-company group AR & AP overseas global netting. o Reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement and clearance o Create AR statement of account o Reconcile AR & AP aging and follow-up o Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country o MUFG netting declaration o SAP clearance & off-set o Audit report working and analysis 2. TT remittance group netting / overseas agents, etc. 3. Settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP. 4. Follow-up inquiry and disputes. 5. Proper documentation and e-filing of supporting documents. 6. Distribution of output to respective division. 7. Prepare the prepaid clients break bulk charges billing report. 8. Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested by the Manager / HOD. Job Requirement Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting on inter-company global netting and keeping full set of accounts Experience in both shared service and freight forwarding & logistics Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and SAP accounting system Strong verbal and written communication skills Independent, meticulous and good team player Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines Interested applicants, kindly send your updated resume to Joanne (R21101135) Joanne@pasona.com.sg with the email subject header " Job Application for "20273, Finance Executive (Netting)".
