The Rehabilitation Counseling Intern will participate in a supervised clinical internship supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities in achieving employment and community integration goals. Under the supervision of a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), the intern will gain hands‑on experience in rehabilitation counseling, vocational support, and person‑centered service delivery. Responsibilities include: Providing supervised rehabilitation counseling and vocational support services Assisting with job readiness, employment planning, and supported employment activities Participating in vocational assessments, workplace readiness, and employment stabilization Collaborating with job coaches, counselors, employers, and interdisciplinary teams Completing accurate, timely documentation in compliance with OPWDD, ACCES‑VR, and agency standards Participating in weekly individual supervision and professional development activities
