Teacher (Part / Full - Time)

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons aligned with the Happy Train brain development curriculum, policies, and framework to enhance children's cognitive and language skills
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and learning aids to support experiential and multi-sensory learning activities
• Monitor and evaluate children's developmental progress regularly to tailor instruction and provide constructive feedback
• Establish and maintain positive rapport with children and parents to foster a supportive learning environment and effective communication
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage children and collaborate effectively with parents
• Exhibit passion and commitment to nurturing young children's development and learning attitudes
• Communicate proficiently in English to support bilingual programme delivery with children and parents
• Hold a Diploma or Degree in any major; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Be available to work a 5-day week from Wednesday to Sunday or a part-time 3-day week from Friday to Sunday, including weekends

• We provide specialised paid training to selected candidates to equip them with the skills needed for the programme
