Copper River Data Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of a federal records and information management program in Rockville, Maryland. The Program Manager will be responsible for directing contract operations, managing personnel and resources, ensuring compliance with federal requirements, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and government stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience managing complex government contracts, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with contractual requirements. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of records management, information governance, and federal compliance standards. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Direct and oversee all contract operations across multiple task orders and locations. Manage program schedules, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with Federal records management requirements. Lead risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and deliver executive-level reports and briefings. Coordinate subcontractor activities and contract deliverables. Maintain strong relationships with CORs and stakeholders.
