Your Role Process 2nd level escalation tickets relating Cards Issues/declines, Card Chargebacks and Fraud Management. Actively involved in projects relating to business process improvements or automations. Training and onboarding new team members and actively participating in the recruitment process. Timely Incident Management with involvement of relevant stakeholders and serving as point of contact for the Senior Management. Monthly and quarterly reports on various card related topics. Active stakeholder management from Cards transaction processor, ACS provider, Cards Manufacturer to Schemes. Able to manage core processes independently from start to finish based on agreed upon responsibilities and objectives. Manage stakeholders and deliver high quality results independently, remove road blocks and manage escalations proactively. Proactively reach out to stakeholders to identify their needs and quickly establish their priorities. Train and mentor other juniors in the team. Masters or Bachelor Degree In Business , finance or Economics or any relevant field. 3+ Years of relevant experience in Banks or Fintechs. Strong knowledge of Cards payments schemes , Dispute and Fraud Management. Knowledge and comprehension of PSD2 and other regulatory requirements. Expertise in MS Office and G Suite. First experience using SQL queries. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Fluent command of English and German language communication skills.
