The Position Responsable production carrière H/F Job Summary Role : Organiser et manager la production de la carrière Chiffres-clés : 400 000 tonnes de talc produit et expédié 10 qualités de talc différentes Effectif total carrière : 50 CDI + 70 saisonniers Rattaché au r esponsable Carrière, vous managerez une équipe de 4 personnes Missions: QHSE Participer au déploiement de la politique sécurité auprès de ses équipes et du terrain Garantir l'exploitation de la carrière en conformité avec nos engagements environnementaux PIloter l'activité en respectant les standards Qualité MANAGEMENT Organiser et déployer les rituels de management de l'entreprise (collectifs et individuels) Gérer les compétences et habilitations des équipes METIER Optimiser la valorisation du talc selon les ressources du gisement Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise ne oeuvre du plan d'exploitation à 5 ans Piloter la réalisation du budget (découverture, transport vers l'usine) Profil recherché: Education level Master 2, Ingénieur type Ingénieur des mines, Géologue Experience d'au moins 12 ans en management opérationnel sur site d'extraction Leadership, management de la performance et de l'amélioration continue, communication, géologie, technique d'exploitation Minière, reporting , gestion de projet Sensibilité environnementale requise, communication directe, projection - vision, coaching,collaboration, culture du résultat Anglais courant Position Type Full time and Permanent Only technical issues will be monitored through the below inbox: recruiting.support@ imerys.com PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT RESUMES OR APPLICATIONS TO THIS EMAIL, AS THEY WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
