This community‑based role covers multiple sites across the Surrey Downs locality and focuses on delivering high‑quality care to patients with high‑risk feet, foot ulceration, and complex wound‑care needs. The successful clinician will work autonomously across community clinics and undertake some home visits, providing specialist podiatric assessment and treatment to prevent deterioration and support safe, effective management of high‑risk foot conditions.
