Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children's Residential Home Manager for its client in Bradford. We are looking for a Registered Manager for Rowan House, a Children's Residential Home dedicated to providing high-quality care and support for children and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a committed team and ensure the home operates to the highest standards of care and compliance. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes positive outcomes for children and young people. What will your responsibilities be? Oversee the daily running of Rowan House, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements. Lead and manage a team of residential care staff, providing supervision, guidance, and support. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring the voice of the child is central to all decisions. Maintain high standards of safeguarding and promote a culture of safety and well-being. Manage budgets, resources, and ensure efficient operational delivery. Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies to support positive outcomes.
