Responsibilities

  • Design on-brand sales collateral, including one-pagers, decks, case studies, and enablement assets
  • Produce and iterate performance marketing creative, especially Meta ads (static, carousels, lightweight motion, and short-form video assets)

  • A portfolio that shows strength in both marketing design and performance creative (ads that feel like they're built to win, not just look pretty)
  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects or equivalent), including social-first animation
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Solid production design skills: speed, precision, file organization, and consistency
  • The ability to work from brand guidelines without making everything feel templated
  • Clear communication and comfort giving/receiving feedback in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguous briefs that quickly evolve
  • Experience manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • Experience designing for acquisition funnels (landing pages, email graphics, lightweight web assets)
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks for Meta
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS
  • Background working with small business or merchant audiences
  • Experience managing or contributing to brand social media channels, with an understanding of platform-native content, posting cadence, and community engagement
