- Serve as a focal point and backup for other program assistants.

- Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, business administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Ability to work on a multi-site project team with minimal supervision, including a demonstrated track record of proactively solving problems and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and results orientation, while able to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
