We are looking for a Manager, Real Estate & Facilities, to join our Facilities team in Ann Arbor. This is a unique opportunity to oversee and drive the performance of a large, complex facility while elevating its operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing workplace environment. This role requires a hands-on, self-starting leader who is comfortable assessing current conditions, identifying gaps, and implementing practical solutions. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 7 years of experience in facilities operations and management Minimum 4 years of experience managing direct reports It would be great if you also have . . .
