Responsibilities

  • Partner with Country Ecosystem and Squad Leads to create and implement strategic outcomes aligned with the Business Plan
  • Provide financial expertise to develop solutions, financial models, and identify sustainable opportunities across ecosystems
  • Lead ecosystem performance discussions focused on triple benefit, connecting financial insights with broader organizational priorities
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams managing resource allocation, investments, budgeting, and exceptional cases
  • Activate the network (Business Partners, Champions, eCOE) to drive efficiencies, strategic alignment, and maximize impact beyond CCAV
  • Manage Finance resources, develop the team, and co-create business solutions by leveraging the network for strategic alignment
  • Handle closing activities, support Supply Chain and audits, and generate management reports using ERP, BW, and Tableau

Requirements

  • University degree in accounting, administration, economics, or engineering and seven years of experience in financial management.
  • Ability to work independently, self-sufficiently, or as part of a team, with strategic prioritization.
  • Ability to work with different audiences and understand how to influence them to ensure the best results.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, BW, DataStudio.
