Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of Learning & Development activity
  • Design, deliver and evaluate training, including inductions, mandatory training and workshops
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records and reporting

Learning & Development Advisor HR | Group-wide role We're looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to support the delivery of high-quality, practical learning across our organisation. Working closely with the Talent Development Manager, you'll help design, deliver and coordinate learning solutions that meet business, operational and compliance needs. This is a hands-on role with a strong delivery focus, including regular site-based activity within manufacturing and operational environments.
