Responsibilities

- Follow up with clients on interview feedback, hiring decisions, and placement status.
- Provide ongoing post-placement support to clients, including assisting with employee-related concerns, performance issues, replacement arrangements where applicable, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing responsive after-sales service and recruitment support.
- Administration
- Maintain accurate records of clients, candidates, and recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment agency practices.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Certificate for Employment Intermediaries (CEI). Applicants without a CEI but who have a strong interest in joining the recruitment industry are welcome to speak with us about obtaining the certification.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or employment agency services is preferred.
- Strong passion for sales with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Comfortable with business development activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment practices is an advantage.
