• Initial experience in supply chain, merchandise management, or controlling, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or the fashion industry
• First touchpoints with analytics or BI tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio

Manage automated replenishment for NOS and VMI models to optimize product availability and stock levels Monitor assortment performance across suppliers, categories, and SKUs, deriving data-driven insights and recommendations Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Buying, Inbound, and Merchandise Planning, as well as external suppliers Support cross-functional projects focused on merchandise steering automation and forecasting data quality improvements Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fashion Management, or a related field Advanced Excel skills and confidence in working with large datasets Strong problem-solving skills, quick perception, and a structured way of working Proactive personality with a hands-on mindset Fluent English skills
