Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes1) experience managing manpower actions, support contracts, and/or resource planning for accurate TDA and mission-alignment and (2)experience providing guidance to leadership on manpower structure, contract oversight, and long-range resource planning while supervising staff ensuring efficient and/or compliant operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Contracting/Procurement Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence
