Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert on eComm business performance, leading the analyses and insights on day-to-day eComm performance while identifying key underlying drivers that has implications on WMC Performance
  • Build and manage relationships with eComm stakeholders and represent WMC in various forums with an analytical and storytelling lens. Own eComm focused deep dives on business reviews and presentations with cross functional stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Create frameworks and help quantify the opportunities, risks and other success metrics related to all aspects of eComm and WMC performance in relation to each other
  • Serve as an insights-driven thought partner to eComm teams as well as all other XFN leaders that help support the growth of Walmart's ads business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business or STEM and 5-10 years relevant work experience. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Previous analytics or consulting/strategy experience with familiarity with complex data sets preferred. Media & Advertising, eCommerce, CPG/retail background a plus.
  • Possesses strong critical thinking skills, business acumen and has demonstrated success in story-telling with data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, ability to manage both senior stakeholders cross-functional projects to deliver recommendations in a timely manner.
  • Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with proficiency in SQL, PowerBI/Tableau preferred.
  • Superb attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity.
