Responsibilities
- Execute daily order-to-cash (OTC) activities in SAP, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and shipment processing to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor and resolve order blocks related to credit, pricing, and master data, escalating issues when necessary to maintain workflow
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL), warehouse teams, and local distributors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Track open orders and shipments, proactively following up on delays, short shipments, and delivery issues to minimize disruptions
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and order changes promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
- Support month-end activities by ensuring order closure and invoicing accuracy for financial reporting
- Maintain accurate transaction records for reporting and audit compliance
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders including sales, supply planning, and finance to align on orders and deliveries
- Provide basic service level visibility on open orders, delays, and issues to stakeholders for informed decision-making
- Collaborate closely with and take guidance from the Senior Customer Service Specialist to improve processes and outcomes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or order management role
- Proficient in SAP S4 and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to handle high transaction volumes accurately
- Excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to learn quickly, follow established processes, and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated strong execution discipline and smart decision-making skills to resolve problems effectively
- Team player who thrives in a self-directed, collaborative environment
- Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly Wines & Spirits, is considered a plus
