Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of supervising experience or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience required.

What our Production Supervisor - Beverage will do: Supervises plant personnel and ensures a safe working environment. Monitors equipment and production schedule to exceed efficiencies, reduce waste and maintain production standards quality. Responsible for tracking and improving downtime and cleanup/changeover processes. Inputs, analyzes and communicates quality control data. Observes and enforces safety, GMPs, and Food safety programs and attends appropriate training sessions. Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and accurate as required Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity. Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met. Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service. Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group. Performs other duties as required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 3+ years of supervisory experience required. Beverage or similar industry experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred. Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required. Good communication skills required; bilingual skills (Spanish/English) helpful. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work all shifts as needed.
