Responsibilities
- Operating Model design & Field intelligence
- Regional Lead: Act as the primary Asia Supply Chain representative on the Global Repairability Task Force. Translate high-level ESG goals into actionable sourcing strategies.
- Supply Chain Architecture: Provide "reality checks" for replenishment models (e.g., Make-to-Stock vs. Make-to-Order, traditional vs. additive manufacturing) based on regional Tier-1 and Tier-2 constraints.
- Cost & Logistics Modeling: Conduct "Total Landed Cost" analysis, factoring in export licenses, tariff engineering, and international trade hurdles to ensure financial viability.
- Lifecycle Insights: Define operational guardrails for spare parts, including Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), shelf-life management, and end-of-life (EOL) component availability.
- Sourcing Implementation & Supplier Management
- Replenishment Path Design: Architect the sourcing logic for repair parts from the ground up. You will determine the optimal route (OEM, Tier 2, or aftermarket specialists), balancing high-mix, low-volume agility with minimal lead times, IP security, and supply continuity.
