Perform lab-scale downstream processing of vaccine products and process intermediates Perform assays on vaccine products, process intermediates, and related experimental samples using biochemical/analytical tests Prepare solutions/reagents Set-up process equipment for lab-scale experiments Maintain records and experimental results following good manufacturing practices (GMP) Role will be working with BSL2 biological agents, such as live viruses Minimum Requirements: Completed bachelors degree in a scientific concentration Pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience with SDS-PAGE, Western blot, Simple Western, HPLC / UPLC, SEC, cIEF, flow cytometry, DLS / SLS (light scattering methods), plate reader fluorescence / luminescence, A260/280, and/or SoloVPE Strong organizational skills and data management (e.g., electronic laboratory notebook compliance, Empower or similar chromatogram integration software) Aseptic sample handling skills and experience (working in a Biosafety Cabinet) Willing and able to work safely with BSL2 biological agents, such as live viruses Ability to work in a dynamic team-centered environment, coordinating work with team leads and colleagues with strong communication skills
