Responsibilities
- Coordinate new account implementations by gathering required documentation, supporting client setup, and ensuring accurate system entry.

- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, or healthcare/benefits administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Requirements
- Experience with COBRA administration or employee benefits.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including COBRA and HIPAA.
- Experience working with client implementation or account lifecycle processes.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills.
- If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 21 - 32 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
