Responsibilities

  • Partner with business unit leadership to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent needs
  • Lead full cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex situations
  • Experience supporting training, development, or organizational development initiatives preferred
  • EXPERIENCE + EDUCATION
  • HRBP II
  • Experience : 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.
  • Education : 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
  • HRBP III
  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
  • Preferred Certifications
  • PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification

  • Role supports both hourly and salaried employees within a manufacturing or operations environment
  • This is a business-facing HR role with high visibility to leadership teams
