Labcorp is seeking a RCM Training Specialist I to join our Cash Applications, Unidentified Cash team . Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Job Responsibilities Deliver training programs for new hires and current employees within Cash Applications, Unidentified Cash. Evaluate training effectiveness using performance data and provide actionable feedback Monitor and report on training impact during onboarding and ongoing development Collaborate with operational leadership to identify training needs and update training materials Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training Incorporate industry best practices and continuous improvement strategies into training programs
