Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or related discipline).
- 3-7+ years of experience in product engineering, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related role.
- Experience supporting product design and development within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated involvement in developing or supporting manufacturing‑aligned design solutions.
- Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of engineering design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to interpret and create technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Experience analyzing product and process performance data to support design decisions.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) concepts.
- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
