Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of commercial strategies for the modern trade channel across Central America, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Support the development and execution of category strategies, including product launches and assortment (modulars) in key customers.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights on performance and strategic opportunities.
  • Track progress against quarterly targets, ensuring visibility on achievements, gaps, and action plans.

  • We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, commercial roles, or business development.
  • Experience in commercial roles or CPFR processes with Walmart is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing and interpreting commercial data.
  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to manage large datasets and generate insights.
  • Experience working with modern trade customers or retail environments is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of commercial acumen and business understanding.
