As a Customer Support Specialist , you will: - Help resolve user inquiries and issues; - Communicate with users both in writing through support tickets and verbally via calls; - Interact with English-speaking users from all over the world; - Contribute to product improvement by escalating issues to the relevant teams. What is important for us: - Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), both spoken and written; - Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM; - Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes; - Stress resilience; - Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle user objections; - Empathy and a customer-oriented mindset; - Interest in emotional and behavioral well-being topics; - Readiness for long-term cooperation.
