Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the operation of the AdBlue machine and the performance of workers to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workshop environment at all times to support safety and efficiency
• Verify that all deliveries are signed for and received by the correct recipients to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Track and record stock levels monthly to maintain inventory accuracy and support supply management
• Assist in delivering AdBlue products and investigate customer issues related to AdBlue to resolve concerns effectively
• Required competencies and certifications
• If you are holding a valid class 3 driving license to support delivery tasks and you will get extra benefits
• Maintain physical fitness to safely carry AdBlue bottles during handling and delivery
• Use computer systems proficiently and communicate effectively in English to perform administrative and coordination tasks

• Monday to Friday: 8 am - 6 pm
• Saturday: 8 am - 1 pm
