About the role
Companial is looking for a Regional Lead DACH to take responsibility for our largest and most strategic region. With approximately 250 Microsoft Dynamics partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, DACH plays a key role in the continued growth and success of our organization. This is not a traditional sales management role. You will be responsible for the overall health, growth and success of the regional partner ecosystem while leading a team of approximately 12 experienced professionals across Partner Success, Recruitment and Technical Sales. Most of the day-to-day partner engagement is handled by the team. Your focus is on leadership, strategy, partner satisfaction, Microsoft relationships and handling complex situations that require senior guidance and decision-making. At the same time, you are expected to maintain close relationships with partners yourself, engage in strategic discussions and act as a trusted advisor for key partners across the DACH region.
