Main Responsibilities Perform on site trouble shooting, service or send quote before service. Write and submit service reports to customers based on the job done. Conduct training for operators on the correct operation and preventive maintenance of the machine. Work as a team to maintain and expand customer base. To travel overseas for commissioning, training or servicing of machine as and when required.
