Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the ideation and development of new catalytic materials for the conversion of small molecules to valuable chemicals and fuels, including CO2/CO conversion.
  • Prepare and characterize catalysts and participate in data analysis and interpretation.

Requirements

  • A strong background in chemistry and/or chemical engineering, preferably with Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in analytical methods, chemical and materials characterization, such as XRD, UV-Vis, NMR, FTIR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of simulation softwares such as ASPEN.
  • Independent, diligent, professional, anddemonstrate a positive work attitude.

Job Description We are looking for motivated, self-driven candidates to join a dynamic and highly collaborative team of scientists and engineers at A*STAR ISCE2, based on Jurong Island. The successful candidate will contribute to research and developmentwork in catalysis for carbon conversion.
