Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main operational contact for strategic customers and build strong relationships
  • Manage quotations, sales orders, and complex transactions with accuracy and commercial alignment

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, with Key Account management experience, within industrial, engineering, or technical environments. 
  • Possess exposure to Account operational and Order Management scopes.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. 
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI), CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), SAP B1.
  • Ability to quickly learn business systems and other software platforms as required.
