We will opportunistically hire additional roles or create space for strong talent to join the organization. At this early stage, roles can be ambiguous, and they will evolve over time. Requirements

• People who combine ownership with a low-ego, team-first mentality
• Desire for building and learning while working on a challenging and important mission
• Ability to operate with incomplete information and make sound decisions quickly
• Strong Pluses:
• Startup or early-stage experience
• Background in metals, recycling, mining, or heavy industry
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate work and expand impact
